The UCSF Police Online Police Reporting System allows you to submit a police report online and print a copy for your records. Please answer the following questions. Your answers will determine whether filing a report online is right for you.

Is this an Emergency? (If yes, please call 9-911 immediately)
Do you know who committed this crime?
Did the incident include the use of your credit or debit card without your authorization, or was you identity used?
Do you believe you are the victim of a crime because of your race, religion, sexual orientation, handicap, ethnicity or national origin?

Note: Filing a false police report is a crime! Every person who knowingly makes a false report that a felony or misdemeanor has been committed is guilty of a misdemeanor per 148.5 (a) of the California Penal Code.
