The preferred method for making appointments is to use the online appointment system. ID Card, Notary, and Fingerprinting appointments are available as follows:

Our service locations close occasionally for training and meetings and for all UCSF holidays. Notice of closures will be posted on the door and will not occur when there are scheduled appointments.
