A UCSF ID CARD
Return Policy
UCSF ID cards are the property of the
UCSF Police Department and should be returned upon separation from the University.
We require that all departments
collect UCSF ID cards from employees and affiliates who are discontinuing their
association with UCSF. Return ID cards to a
WeID service location, or mail to
campus Box 0238.
