the UCSF has been challenged to strengthen the safety and
security of the UCSF community while also preserving the openness and public accessibility that
we so highly value. The "WE ID" Card Program is a service of the UCSF
Police Department established to provide verified identification and electronic access control
to authorized members of the UCSF community as part of an overall public safety strategy. You are
a vital partner in these public safety efforts. By obtaining and wearing UCSF issued and approved
identification while on UCSF owned and operated properties, you assist us in maintaining the safety
of the campus community.
The UCSF Police Department pledges to provide excellent and accessible customer service while strengthening the safety and security of the UCSF community. We know that your time is valuable.
